Thermal Bath Website Redesign

Goals for the project

• Fix website's accessibility — make the site easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities.
• Make everything clear and super easy to understand, so people burden the Bath's staff with less questions.
• Improve visitors' experience, fix little annoyances.

Result

• New website design is accessible - Strong color contrast, readable font sizes, links are easy to distinguish from non-clickable content. More people can now access and use the site.
• Design is fully responsive - Content reflows when needed, nothing clashes or overlaps. Looks good on every screen size.
• Information is clear and easy to understand - I rewrote confusing parts of the copy, so visitor don't need to guess or be angry when they misunderstood.
• All content is discoverable - nothing is not hidden inside carousels. (Carousels have been proven to reduce discoverability and hurt conversions.)
• Cookie banner is fixed to comply with law to avoid fines, and allowing people to consent without being manipulated.
